At the heart of private giving to Applied Health Sciences is the Annual Fund. Gifts, large and small, that are made in response to the college’s annual appeal provide the flexible resources for meeting pressing needs and maintaining excellence. Thousands of your fellow graduates and friends contribute to the annual fund each year to support teaching, student scholarships, and the innovative programs that hold promise of improving our lives.
At a time when public universities face severe financial challenges, our joint commitment to an excellent and affordable education puts greater emphasis on our Annual Fund. You are invited to support the College in its mission by taking advantage of one of many opportunities to personally invest in our institution and its programs. Together, your gifts do, indeed, make a difference.
To expand and further strengthen the opportunities that AHS provides for our students, the College established the AHS Career Development and Leadership Awards Program, which is supported solely through gifts to the Annual Fund. Other initiatives that provide support for our students, such as the AHS Scholars Program, are also funded through your yearly donation to our annual fund.
